About Px21 Conference

On the morning of Wednesday, April 28th, Erie County Sheriff, Timothy B. Howard and New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services Commissioner, Karen M. Carpenter-Palumbo headlined a forum on Underage Drinking at WNEDTV’s studios located at Horizons Plaza on Charles Street in downtown Buffalo. School principals, superintendents, board of education members, PTSA members, judges, law enforcement officers, and professionals from the mental health and substance abuse prevention fields were in attendance. Participants learned why underage drinking truly is “Everybody’s Problem” and acquired practical solutions they can implement in order to address this public health and safety issue.
